研究方向:

生命发育始于一个受精卵,但单个细胞如何通过连续分裂、迁移、相互作用和命运选择,最终形成复杂的组织与器官,仍是发育生物学中的核心问题。何爱彬实验室希望构建哺乳动物发育过程的“数字胚胎”:通过活体长时程成像记录胚胎中每一个细胞的行为轨迹,并结合单细胞表观组学技术解析细胞命运决定背后的染色质调控状态,从而建立细胞行为、谱系关系、表观遗传状态与最终命运之间的定量联系。围绕这一目标,实验室发展了 CoBATCH、CoTECH、uCoTarget、TACIT 等系列单细胞表观组学技术,用于解析细胞命运建立过程中的表观遗传调控逻辑。进一步地,实验室将“细胞起源追踪”的思想拓展至疾病研究,开发基于血浆无细胞核小体的 cf-EpiTracing 技术,探索利用表观遗传信息追踪疾病组织来源、评估疾病状态和治疗反应。总体而言,实验室致力于通过原创技术发展,连接数字胚胎、表观遗传谱系追踪与新一代液体活检,理解生命发育与疾病起源的基本规律,并推动相关技术的临床转化应用。
